This fully comprehensive service is for those who would rather not be involved in the day-to-day management of the property or liaison with the tenant. Once we find a suitable tenant, prepare the legal documents, relevant notices, inventory and schedule of condition, we will ensure that moving in is hassle-free. Furthermore, The Letting Shop will process all rent transactions and actively pursue arrears if any. We will also visit the property regularly and provide the landlord with a report, which will include information to keep the property in good order. With the fully managed service, The letting shop will also deal with all maintenance issues, liaising with the contractors and getting quotes for work where necessary.

This service is for those who have a good team of contractors or who wish to deal with the maintenance themselves. Except for maintenance, this package includes all services that are listed in the Fully Managed Service.
