Once a suitable tenant is found we will prepare the legal documents, relevant notices, inventory and schedule of condition and we will also ensure that a hassle-free move. Furthermore, The Letting Shop will process all rent transactions and actively pursue arrears if any. We will also visit the property regularly and provide the landlord with a report, which will include information for keeping the property in good order. With the fully managed service, The Letting Shop will handle all maintenance issues, liaising with the contractors and obtaining quotes for work where required. |
