Suzanne Eveleigh
Having spent many years in the letting industry in many senior roles with a large corporation, meant juggling client expectations with offsite management centers and remote client accounting. So in 1999 knowing I could provide a much better service with all the departments under one roof I started The Letting Shop, with good old fashioned customer service and ‘the customer is always right’ attitude. We have grown from zero properties on day one to over seven hundred on our books today, While our business is to successfully Let and Manage properties, the real business is about people.
We have a great team of highly professional trained staff and clients who really care about their properties they own and let out and we attract professional tenants who appreciate the high standard of properties we manage. We are committed to building long term relationships with clients and the majority of new clients come from referrals. |

Caroline Evans
The office manager Caroline manages a great team of 12. She has gained a wealth of knowledge with over 12 years of experience and has a real passion for both letting and selling properties.
Being a landlord herself Caroline enjoys being able to advise on with every aspect of purchasing , letting and selling properties and ensuring we specialise in providing a professional, yet personal service to all our landlords.

Tracy Bartels
The longest employee of The Letting Shop having just celebrated 10 years working as an administrator responsible for the renewal of tenancy agreements negotiating rent increases, serving of relevant notices. She also manages TLS websites and advertising the properties. |

Jean Powell
Jean has worked in estate agency since 1999 in various roles ranging from administration to senior management and she has worked for The Letting Shop for 6 years. Jean relishes meeting new people and helping them find and move into their new home. She is responsible for all the administration concerning letting the properties and this includes ensuring the correct legislation is in place, prior to letting the property. She also guides the tenants through the referencing process and manages all the relevant documents to enable tenants to move into their new homes as quickly and smoothly as possible. |

Dee Wilkerson
Having spent more than 12 years in the estate agency and the letting businesses, within the Chippenham area, she has great knowledge about the area and its amenities’ and the local people.
Dee is a very energetic negotiator and loves nothing more than finding the perfect house for you, her enthusiasm and bubbly personality is very infectious. |

Trish Onslow
Is a Letting and Sales negotiator has worked in the property business for almost 30 years in a variety of roles and all over the surrounding area. Trish works mainly on Saturdays but also covers for holidays and sickness. |

Anita England
Is our Senior Property Manager and is responsible for dealing with all maintenance issues moving tenants into their new homes and checking them out at vacation, processing their deposits and liaising between all parties.
ARLA Qualified after completing the Technical Award in Residential letting and Property Management , APIP (Inventory Providers ) Qualified Advanced course and Accredited. Anita is also a qualified Home Inspector. |

Sian Evans
Sian has worked for The Letting Shop for just over 3 years as a Property Manager having worked in customer service environment for 15 years, but has a large amount of experience in this field, responsible for moving tenants in and out of properties conducting property visits and organising maintenance issues that occur during the tenancies. |

Amy Smith
Amy has worked at The Letting Shop for almost seven years as a negotiator and inventory trained clerk. She is from a sales and admin background so is able to use the knowledge she has gained from previous job roles to always work to a high standard. The best thing about my job is that no two days are the same, I also get a great buzz when I have found someone their perfect house to rent.

Caroline ensures that along with the growth of this Company the ethos that we study the needs of our clents and work with their best interest is at out heart. From the initial tenant application through to the settlement of the rent into the bank , under constant management we look after your financial needs under one roof. |

Melanie Pickering
Melanie has been with The Letting Shop for 18 months. working along side Caroline in the finance department processing rents with reviewing the independent needs of our landlords maintenance repairs etc. we keep a substantial contractor data base which alone requires correct processing and management |
